Yes. PT. Indo Multi Synergy provides export clearance services, especially for shipments from Indonesia.
It's very easy with our working system. Our team carries out the full process, from making the export clearance documents until the goods are sent by carrier, by air or by sea.
Air shipments are estimated to arrive at your warehouse in approximately 3–4 days. For ocean shipments, the transit time depends on the destination country.
While loss during delivery is very rare, if it occurs, PT. Indo Multi Synergy will receive and review the claim and conduct an investigation. Any claim will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and investigation results.
